Who doesn't love one on one attention!? Experience a program tailored specifically for you in the comfort of your own home. Private training is great for anyone who wants detailed attention to their needs and growth, anyone with social anxiety not yet ready to join in on a group setting, and for those with hectic life schedules with little time for travelling (ummm pretty much everyone, am I right?)
How does it work? You have options:

5 session package (1 hour sessions)

During the 5 sessions, you will learn various meditation techniques as well as breathing exercises. Handouts and a workbook will be provided as well as recorded meditations to follow at home during home practice. The sessions include time for discussion and guided practice.
